Returns

     Have confidence in ordering with ClockBazaar.com.  If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your clock(s) less shipping and handling costs.  In the event you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.  Return items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited to your credit card minus any shipping, handling, or free gift charges.  All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranties

     All items, if any, are warranted by the manufactures.  No warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JCO Enterprises.  ClockBazaar.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).  Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued.

Shipping Included On All Clocks

     All shipping charges are included in the price of each of our clocks. Any additional charges will include the applicable sales tax.

     We normally ship all instock items within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received.  Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery will vary according to your UPS zone.  In most cases, it averages 4-8 business days from the day the order was placed.  Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

     Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time.  Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer.  Some items may be out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks.  We will contact you if items are backordered.  You will be notified if the item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

International Shipping

     We do not ship out of the contiguous United State.  We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii,  Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Taxes

     Clock Bazaar does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of South Dakota.  If you order within the state of South Dakota, you will be charged the 4% state tax plus any applicable municipal tax.

Backorders

     In the rare instance than an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Cancellations

     Since we attempt to ship orders with 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Shipping, handling, and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to receiving your cancellation.  Please email info@clockbazaar.com to cancel an order.
