     We use UPS ground shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

     We offer payment by visa, mastercard, and discover card through our secure merchant gateway.  We do not accept checks.

Is there any set up involved?

     Our grandfather clocks do require some assembly.  Most of our clocks do not require batteries. However, several wall clocks, a table clock, and a cuckoo clock require batteries that are not included.  These clocks use common AA or D batteries.

How should the clocks be cared for?

     We suggest you follow basic furniture care tips.  Keep your clock out of direct sunlight.  Place your clock away from heating and air conditioning units.  Be sure to dust your clock regularly and polish it every 4-6 months.
